A little about our drawings

In our drawings all steel is drawn in 3D along with columns and slab penetrations. We also utilize architectural backgrounds that are brought into our cad system with all ceiling elevations tagged. With this, all wall thicknesses are researched for proper fire smoke damper sleeve lengths. All HVAC units, fans, grilles, curbs and duct accessories are drawn in 3D allowing us to fully coordinate duct system with structure and other trades. By adhering to all the above, it makes it possible for us to create isometrics to help clarify congested areas.
